I was going to do this today, but this graphics overhaul you're talking about...
will I have to do it over again and start from scratch? If so, I'd rather wait.

Graphic overhaul will happen on a DIFFERENT Rom before the dev release it with the a2sd.

Do not worry about the overclocking, that is a ways away. From what I have heard, HTC REALLY locked this shit down and overclocking is going to take a lot of work.

Might be a good idea to put them in your OP, especially if the ROM is being spun rapidly and others are grabbing copies and mirroring them.

Maybe a short "rev history" in the OP as well if there have been multiple revs released without a filename change.

I only have a little time on this ROM at the moment - the only hiccup I've noticed so far is my softkeys are never illuminated (I installed the ROM at 2am and played with the phone before nodding off - kinda tough to see where to poke in a dark room)

Can I make one request? If possible, please incorporate whatever the fix is that makes this work with the newest version of the Google Voice app. If anyone else has been able to successfully use a newer verision, please let me know!

if anyone can find a fix for it, let me know and ill see if i can inject it in.

like ive said earlier though, this is not my ROM, requests for fixes to the actual software should be give to framework over on xda.
not saying i wont try though :)
 
Thanks for the pointer. I have done just that. I know all of this isn't just "check a box" for the developers. It's something I can't do and I'm super happy that it makes my phone-using life that much easier.
 
When partitioning the sd card it asks how much memory to separate I think, do we just use the number that is preloaded there, or adjust it at all?
 
Is there a known issue on EE with using Google Voice (even version 0.2)? When trying to make a call with my GV number it wont complete just gives a message "The network is busy. Please try again later." , but when using my regular number it goes right through. I've tried a reinstall and reboot.
Anyone else?

Edit: Incoming calls to my GV number work fine. It's only outgoing.

I think so, check the XDA thread. I remember framework saying something about the HTC dialer conflicting with Google voice
