How come this place gets such a big entry in Wikipedia?

Is it a good idea to tell everyone where you live on a public internet forum?
 
Well, I've had a heck of a day...

There I was, cruising down the highway at 55mph... when suddenly, BAM. Rear ended, out of nowhere.

Never saw it coming, had just enough time to cover my eyes as I hurtled out of control straight across three lanes toward the median collision barrier.

End result: my Toyota is pretty much trashed, I lost a day of work, I've had a headache all day, and my glasses are broken.

Me, I got a little scratch on my eyelid, where I broke my glasses with my face.

What in the heck was the other car doing that they would slam into you while you were going 55?

Nearest I can figure is they were rocketing up the on-ramp and didn't see me... I certainly didn't see them coming, or going. At that time of morning, they probably thought they had the road to themselves. The Highway Patrol looked at least ten miles ahead for any vehicles on the side of the road which may have hit me and came up with nothing; so this person must have had something to hide besides a trashed front-end.

It does sound like the other car was running from something or they were drunk.

Hopefully the cops will eventually be able to find the jerk that hit you.

Oh my gosh! They must have really been flying to have knocked you around like that! So they hit you & didn't even stop to make sure you were OK?? Not cool! I'm glad you're OK, though.
 
So hubby told me that if you use the number 867-5309 you know that song?? For rewards cards or discounts stuff you get the highest discounts etc plus you don't have to use you're own info etc.. So.... I just tried it at staples... And it totally works!!! Hahahaha
Just punch in ur area code plus 867 5309 !! Too funny

Not only was the car a good safety cage, but the median barrier did it's job superbly, keeping my vehicle on the proper side of the freeway.

I have friends telling "You should have been driving" this tank of a vehicle or that juggernaut, and I am replying back, "Look, my car did exactly what it was designed to do. I walked away with nothing more than a tiny scratch which was more my fault than the vehicle's."
