Root ZV6 V.5 Stock Mod - Debloated - No Gapps

Is this just with the deodexed rom or the custom FM tuner app? "Next Radio" FM tuner app works here for me on ZV6 rooted.

Have not forgotten you all. In fact I've been at it most of the day. Built two versions of Xperia mod. And two versions of Stock also. Both trimmed down,both have all the bugs fixed we all encountered like plug n play pop error,etc.. Posting screens in a second. Rims early in the morning after dropping kids off at school.
 
Am I missing something? Where is the d/l link for this? Bought a Volt a few months ago for my kid to use and its in a boot loop from trying to do stock updates not realizing the previous owner already rooted it. Figure a nice slim ROM will be the way to go rather than trying to get it back to stock.
 
Was using Slim Fm Tuner on zv6. App stalled out and crashed. To late now anyway. Already built four roms today. Don't think Zv6 will be on my table any time soon. Was trying to update the OP and add screens but my net is taking a dump at the moment. Will do it tomorrow.

No I really have them as you can see here lol. Took all day to repurpose the xperia variants then do the stock variants. As you can see I have a lot to upliad but in my humble opinion they are well worth it. I'll start uploading around 8 or 9am eastern time. Posted screens up now in OP of both. Net came back to at least get that much done tonight. Ok I'm gone. Device really needs to charge up.

hq videos work because its based on stock. themeing is possible if the user does it themselves either via g2 tweaksbox or manually. uploading shortly.
 
I was on zv6. Didnt take the chance booting up this with the zv6 img in place. I flashed back to zv5. So honestly dont know. All I can tell you is you can flash back. And vice versa to zv6.

you can but it will require editing them name wise with the right icons,maybe even using an image editor like Photoshop to do some extra work. Nothing that cant be done with time and patience. I have done it with a number of roms.

The radio isn't ROM specific. I've run a gingerbread radio on an ics ROM before because the ics radio sucked in comparison.
 
I just did flash xperia with gapps, without flashing radio module .... i.e I am on ZV6 radio module, was able to call right away, but no data. After PRL & Profile update and restart LTE come back. :D

there might be some instances where you might need it but im thinking no. should be working as advertised.

Native app moving functions will still behave as programmed, as though those permissions are still blocked. You will still need to use links to completely move an app to the SD card, or to move data files.
 
@Curtis1973 Did you modify /system/framework/WfdCommon.jar in anyway from the one found in ZV5? I was trying to edit the ZV6 update zip so it would only patch the files you kept in this modded rom and I found that the 'WfdCommon.jar' is smaller in your rom VS the regular rooted ZV5 rom by kwknott

EDIT: Actually a whole load of files in framework were smaller or wrong size. I'm curious to know what you edited.

EDIT2: I will say I have little knowledge of framework edits or other android system edits.
