Will the Uno kernel be OK on this? Is it even necessary?

The first few builds I ran earlier this week had the uno kernel, but broke sensors and I couldn't figure it out yet. In the future if I figure it out I'll include it.

So HQ videos are finaly work!? If so im 100% using this for the rest of the time i have this phone
EDIT: I tested this and YouTube is still only 360P quality

I would leave stock for this with working video record and camera in a minute. highly customizable without all the crap that gets in the way of modding im seeing with lg based apps.

More videos show up as 480p, like the one @whoshotjr2006 posted only a few posts ago. But the majority are still 360p, I really firmly believe it's some issue with the video codecs. I'll be going back to stock in the meantime.

Just installed, seems to be working so far, except keyboard isn't registering swipe input. Where did you get that qremote package from?

That's awesome, i couldn't get data to work but I could call with no sound like you said. I think since we are using stock kernel source we are gonna have to use a lot of libs and binaries from stock. After that its just getting the overlays set up and then everything should work.

There's an issue with hardware overlays that I think I have the fix to, but I'm working all weekend so I won't be able to get to it just yet. If you guys notice in /etc/init.d there's a new script to force gpu compositing until I fix it. That's why there's still a little wonkyness with the screen at times, and why I had to include a modified hardware/qcom/display to even get it running.

Wasn't crashing with the zip I flashed from the g2, but icons were way too big because of dpi differences. Also fm radio isn't working for some reason, I'll look into it.

Found a G2 Qremote package on XDA. It doesn't crash, but I get this...

Absolutely. LTE works but not SMS for some reason. Tried dialing *#*#4636#*#* and toggling the radio on and off but that didn't help.

I flashed this and green tint still shows up. :/ Is green tint still a thing for this build I thought it wasn't.
