First off, it's very hard to understand what you are saying.

What caused this to happen? Were you flashing a ROM? Were you trying to root or install a custom recovery like TWRP? Were you installing an app or a patch to the phone (if so, what exactly were you installing)?

first very thanx aloot to you

When you say lollipop, do you mean an official update pushed out by your wireless carrier or were you trying to flash a custom ROM? If it was an official OTA from your wireless carrier, you might have to take it back to your wireless carrier and have them try to fix it.

You could also try and flash back to stock KK, but that all depends on what version of the G3 you have (Verizon, AT&T, etc). Each carrier has their own version of the phone and therefore, each one requires it's own stock image to flash back.

I haven't flashed back to stock, so I can't help you there since I'm still running stock KK. However, you can go to the following link which will provide help on how to flash back to stock:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/help-thread-lg-g3-question-t2947298

Fastboot flash Kit Kat aboot, boot and laf using files from the same firmware version to restore download mode. Then use one of the available flash tools to flash an applicable kdz or tot.

In your case of a failed update to 5.0, you may even want to fastboot flash the entire bootstack, not sure. (aboot, boot, laf, dbi, tz, sbl1, rpm)

You should be able to use your working download mode to restore with a tot. You will need to hexedit your f400k tot to read model d855. Once that is done, you will then likely need to use a different DLL than you have been currently using. I'm not sure if this is the correct generic DLL for bypassing the cross DLL error on the G3 but it appears it may be:

http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G3/LGUP_8974.dll

When hexediting the tot, search the tot for the first instance of the f400k model number. Directly after the f400k should be the s/w version you're using which I only mention as a point of reference. You should edit only that very first instance of f400k to read d855, then save and exit. Since in this case you are dealing with changing from 5 characters to only 4, you'll need to be sure you've zero'd that last digit. You must not change the total number of bytes or the order of those bytes both before and after the model, or it will not save and will not work.

Protip: always keep a copy of the original tot on your pc. That way if you make an error editing, you don't have to download the entire tot again.

I found it easier in retrospect to search "800" instead. The instance you have edited is not the right one. Here is the string you are looking for:

oibL3D4.png

And here is edit I made to add a blank byte (00) after the D855:

A4amVWw.png

So F400k becomes D855.

That way you start with 5 bytes in the F400k and you still end up with 5 bytes with D855. <--due to the period (or zero, zero which is a blank byte)

In my hexeditor, I had an issue adding a period in the right most editing window that reads the text, so I instead edited a new 00 into the mix by using the main, leftmost area where all the bytes themselves are shown. You can edit in either place. So basically, I placed the cursor at the end of the D855 (the right most 35 in the highlighted text above) and then just typed 2 zeros to add the blank.

No thanks on the Facebook, deleted my account some time ago. Run fastboot reboot command. Let us know if the phone reboots. If so, the road will be much easier. If not, it can be fixed but the difficulty level will be much higher.

Right. What I'm saying is fastboot mode, in some cases, can be interfaced by way of hooking the device to a PC via USB cable. In order to interface the device, you need the fastboot utility from the Android sdk. Luckily, our forums have an easy to install version seen in post #2 of this thread:
http://androidforums.com/threads/adb-guide-updated-2014-11-11.443072/

Once installed onto your PC open command prompt/terminal and issue a fastboot devices command followed by a fastboot reboot command. If the phone reboots, you have a working connection and we can move toward a fix.
