Another satisfied customer here. Works and fits nice in both Eris and Incredible and I am getting very good battery life.
Ryobi, did you call them or try to get a replacement? None of my business of course, but they seem pretty amendable to making things right.
P.S. You are correct that it is a hair thicker but nothing that affected fitment.
When I sent an email about the problem they asked for a picture. I sent them several of the gap in the back cover on the Eris. The email I received back gave me an rma number, that's it. When I called the next day the options were this.
1. Send it back, no explanation from seidio why I was having this problem, no replacement offered.
2. Buy a cover for the phone at a discount and live with the gap.
3. Buy the monster (3500) with a discount.
Both discounts offered were 10%
That was it. I said screw it. If you guys think that's great customer service, whatever. I for one do not.

Is it oversized? I'm inclined to believe yes. In addition to the anecdotal evidence posted here and in other threads, my experience with Seidio's 1500 mAh battery in my old Touch tells me that they probably push the size tolerances to the absolute limit. Each person will have their own idea of what is acceptable in this regard, but it seems to be a fact of life if you want more capacity in the "same" size. As for the capacity, I'll reserve judgment until better tests come out. Again, my anecdotal evidence leads me to believe that it probably will provide some improvement.
