I bought an app and it is not in my download section. Also when I goto the market it is asking me to buy it again. No thank you. Must be away to get old one back! right

if you bought it in the last 24 hours and then wiped data or flashed a nandroid then it was refunded.
So you have to buy again but you will only get charged once

well have you actually been charged yet? I dont think you have. Probably somehow got refunded. If it got off your phone at all in the 24 hours of buying it then it is refunded. If the charge goes through twice you can always dispute the charge with your CC or with google
