President Donald Trump...

Getting your news from Variety says it all.[emoji2]
Yoda, your comment precisely proves my point: THE PRESIDENT OF THE US should not be in any position that makes him a valid headline story in the entertainment industry trade paper (it's an extremely reputable publication for its intended function and readership).

There are so many ways this is unacceptable that I don't even know where to start.

Trump Slams CNN's 'Fake News' For Reporting on 'The Apprentice'

Donald Trump on Saturday took to Twitter to swipe at CNN for its reporting on the president-elect's role in The Apprentice, slamming the cable news channel for spreading "Fake News!"

Reports by @CNN that I will be working on The Apprentice during my Presidency, even part time, are rediculous & untrue - FAKE NEWS!

On Thursday it was reported Trump would remain executive producer of "Celebrity Apprentice, which returns Jan. 2 with Arnold Schwarzenegger as the new host.

That's not how you spell Ridiculous....

Wonder what Dan Quayle is up to these days...
Let me apologize for the world for a gnillepssim a word now and then.[emoji38]
suolucidiR my spelling is from the other side. [emoji38]
Remember humor and humility is what makes us...US.

He wasn't reported as "working on" but as retaining his role as EP. Arguably that can mean a screen credit (and a fee) without any on site time or direct input, but it doesn't make it any better IMO. The POTUS should only have his name on ONE "reality show", namely RUNNING THE COUNTRY .

BTW, a quick Google shows the story was reported by:

BBC
Fox News
The Independent
LA Times
Variety
NBC

And scores of others. If it's wrong, it's wrong all around the world on both sides of the aisle.

Forgive and ignorant foreigner... but "The Red Line Incident?"

I've heard politicians in the UK using that term. Refers to something which is a step too far (I think?!). As in, you've stepped over the line there.

ahh.. I get it now... was under caffeinated yesterday, so I completely misread that paragraph... I've gone back and re-read it now and it makes a lot more sense.

I have quit reading any indepth BS from any of the so called political analysts.
they are all full of BS,

I just read the headlines and the short paragraph on news.google.com and let it go at that.

that headline is all anyone is going to remember, regardless of how good/bad any written document is.

many many many ... headlines.. are click baits!!! real news but...
making huge claims ... exaggerations.. to get you to click.
that is NOT a good way to load your head with current affairs.

The thing that Fox article most does is confirm that "Big Money" is apparently now ok (despite having been cited as A Big Problem Of The Opposition during the election), since there's going to be plenty of it in this administration. If it wasn't so bloody awful, I'd just say Schadenfreude, but the horrendous impact it's likely to have not only on the country but the world is too distressing for that.

I've never seen such blatant hypocrisy in my life.
Then you apparently must have missed the last 8 yrs of politics.. [emoji23] Don't forget that every time you point a finger, there's three more pointing back. Just a thought. Just so you guys know (cuz I'll probably catch a lot of heat), I thought I was a Democrat until this election.. Their hypocrisy had prompted me vote as a Republican. Now that the election is over, ppl need to get over themselves and work on improving life instead of whining about their feelings and blaming other ppl for their own wrongdoings. No hate involved, just pointing out the obvious

If the new party now, are just doing what was bad when the old party did it.... what was the point in switching sides?

(unless it was ok when the old party did it, and you're cool with the new party lying about it)

IF drumpf aint lying .. then he aint sayin nothin
Oh ok.. Is that a reference to ppl not being able to speak without also lying in the process, Kinda like Hillary has been doing since her whole career as a politician?? [emoji92] [emoji13] [emoji94] ..Just Sayin'
