My wife sautés them with a little cayenne and they taste pretty good. You gotta avoid overcooking then.

Good question, I don't know, but you're right, there are many varieties of sprout. And the days of acute sprout bitterness are apparently gone. However many of us are traumatised by childhood experiences of, yes, overcooked and bitter tasting sprouts.
But now, many modern varieties have a naturally sweeter taste.

I tore down and fixed a laptop for a friend of a friend. I called my friend halfway through and said, she either has I white dog or a white cat, I'm guessing cat. He said "how did you guess...." it was overheating because the fan was full of white hairs.

Shout out to @Bg260 for making Lilly festive. As he was doing that for me I was in the back yard with the dogs, it's snowing out. Lilly loved the snow so much, I pictured her rolling around and having fun. I was all sad and teary missing her and am really touched that BG did this for me. Thanks so much.
