I suspect when you formatted it, it could have erased or damaged the firmware.
You'll need to contact Santek for the firmware it needs

http://www.santechnology.com/
sir thanks for reply. i have contact them several times but no respond. i think its coz of covid they are not working.
as u see i have only power button and hard reset button. is there anything i can do connecting with usb to pc? Kindly advice by steps if any!!

Unlike a phone or a tablet, this is a bit of a specialised device, so it may not have the controls that regular Android phone or tablet may have. It's running a very customised version of Android that's specific to this display box, and if the manufacturer(Santek) doesn't provide it online. getting them to respond might be your only hope I think, that's it.

You say you formatted it? What did you do exactly, did you use a computer by USB, or the device's own recovery? The firmware maybe restored either by a USB stick with the firmware image on it, or a using computer running the manufacturer's flashing tool. The latter is more likely as it's an Allwinner CPU device. But you'd need to get those from the Santek, the manufacturer.

can we do anything with that USB port? kindly advice
:(

Any uppdate :((
you have a device that not many of us has in their possession. it is a pretty unique device. is there away to recover your device that is in a bootloop......possibly. like @mikedt said you will most likely need to flash a firmware update. the thing is like he was saying, you can only get that from the manufacturer. if you cannot contact them, not sure there is anything else you can do at this point.

so probably i need to throw this away right? sad

they are not responding at all. i thought we could do something since it has a usb port and connect via pc! but that hope also lost :(

It probably does connect to a PC, but without Santek's proprietary flashing tool and correct ROM image for this device, it ain't going to do anything.

There's certainly no custom ROM made for this product
