A food that you should avoid during Covid-19

1. When cooking and preparing food, limit the amount of salt and high-sodium condiments (e.g. soy sauce and fish sauce).

2. Limit your daily salt intake to less than 5 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) and use iodized salt.
Avoid foods (e.g. snacks) that are high in salt and sugar.

3. Limit your intake of soft drinks or sodas and other drinks that are high in sugar (e.g. fruit juices, fruit juice concentrates and syrups, flavored milk, and yogurt drinks).

4. Choose fresh fruits instead of sweet snacks such as cookies, cakes, and chocolate.

those are just ways to eat healthier. they do not need to be avoided during the pandemic. its not as if you go against what you posted will result in a higher infection rate. most of what you suggested is common sense any ways. however most people will not listen to common sense.

plus most of that is ok.......in moderation.

i still do not see a link to covid and not eating right.

Source? And how does this have anything to do with COVID-19?

But your list is certainly good for health in general! If everyone followed it, we'd see fewer cases of obesity--adult and child, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, constipation, and other ailments.

Dealing with Covid-19, it is important to have a strong immune system. Yes, it's true that the foods we eat will not transmit the virus but having a weak immune system makes one vulnerable to infection. Eating right and exercise regularly can really help fight against any disease. How you are guys doing to stay healthy?

does eating a Big Mac help prevent covid?

None. Wear a mask when you are not eating.
No food will cure it either.
I don't know about a cure, I will say eating truck stop hot dogs for extended period of time will super charge your immunity :D:thumbsupdroid: in a sane and normal world, truck stop hot dogs would be registered as biological weapon :maskeddroid:
