he flip flops......maybe its the play calling. joshua kelley rarely played last game....justin jackson took over and ran really well. maybe its good that we have a running back by committee....keeps the defense on their toes. hopefully Austin Ekeler can come back in the next few weeks.
i have zeke on one of my fantasy teams. he has had a hard time running. i guess its tough when the line is stacked and everyone knows you are running. i hope dalton can clear covid protocols to help the running game.
SF is starting to look like the Cowboys with people out, and they looked bad last night.
It wouldn't surprise me at all to see an asterisk in the sports books for 2020. It's always been difficult to keep a team's impact players injury free and now factor in the covid protocol...

yes and no. i think the Dodgers and Lakers winning are legit wins and should not have an asterisk in the books for their wins. maybe as a whole for all sports i guess that would be ok. but all those teams being the bubble with no friends or family and being stuck in one place can't be easy to deal with.
and i think the NFL is doing a decent job at keeping the virus at bay. they could do better as there are some hotspots still popping on on various teams, but so far it has not really but an entire team down......yet. i'm curious as to how they are going to be doing the Super Bowl for this season.
Both the Chiefs and Steelers won today though neither team looked their best. I'm not a Cowboys fan but it was good to see them moving the ball and being competitive. Their new quarterback looked good and someone they can move forward with. The Chargers lost yet another close game. My surprise for the weekend was watching the Saints dominate the Buccaneers.
yeah the chiefs killed my chance at winning my fantasy football match up for this week. mahomes got 40 fantasy points!!!!!!
and at least with the Chargers we did not give up a huge lead. i have been so impressed with Herbert at quarterback this season. had our backup tightend caught that ball, we would have been talking about a sweet come from behind win......but alas we are talking about the Chargers and that is how our luck has been this year.
Football is a crazy game. So often it is just one play that swings the W. Sorry for your loss. I was hoping that they would best the Raiders.
Mahomes.... I was fortunate to have the first pick in my fantasy draft last year and snapped up Patrick. He served me well! This is the first year in over a decade that I didn't have my fantasy league. I honestly didn't see the season playing out and figured I'd be dealing with all the complaining about missing players and such as the commish. I miss not having the league. Just an eight man that's pretty much the same dudes all though the years. Plenty of vendettas play out through the years.
I get it! At the half I thought they were going to lose for sure. On paper they should have won that game easily but Dallas was ready to play. Pittsburg wasn't ready to play. Good teams find a way to win and they did. It wasn't pretty and I hope they don't start stone cold again. Makes it uncomfortable to watch. I will gladly put the W in the book however.
It seems like every game the Cowboys play they lose someone to injury, now our rookie CB Treyvon Diggs is out for the season from the Steeler game 
But of course Dallas knows how to lose a perfect lead and throw the game away with all the penalties.

I've never been a NE fan but have upmost respect for both Brady and Belichick. They figured out a way to beat the Jets and provided some great entertainment in the process.
That's over now.

My Chiefs managed to pull off a W in the last minute of their game in Las Vegas. There wasn't much defense on display from either team. I was glad we escaped with a win. At least we traded wins at each other's house this year.

yeah but we again almost let it slip by us again. we are definitely a first half team. the second half we are not so great. should have been a blow out IMO. but our D fell asleep in the 4th quarter yet again.

I missed that game but I think they are a much better team than their record reflects. Congrats on the win.
How can the NFL justify making Denver play today when all four of their QBs are in Covid protocol when they have rescheduled the Steelers games twice so far to accommodate their opponents less impacting Covid issues? I don't care what the NFL does to keep the season running but they should treat all teams the same. I don't get it. If I was a Denver fan, I would feel abused and dismissed. Being a Steelers fan with our lost bye week and being rescheduled twice due to no fault of our own, I feel like an unjustified victim of the NFLs rulings.
