I got the phone in store the day it was released. I've been having issues with random reboots, having to do battery pulls when the browser freezes up and some poor signal issues. I called CS on the 13th and at the time they told me they'd overnight it and I'd get it the next day. I knew that wasn't going to happen. So, since I'm still waiting I called yesterday to see what was going to happen after my 30 days were up and receive the replacement phone. They said they were going to have a supervisor note on my account to extend my 30 days an additional 15 so I could play around with the replacement to make sure it met my needs. Can't complain about that!

I know for a fact that not all phones are shipping from the warehouses they normally would. Quite a few NJ orders were coming from Ontario, California. I would assume that they could very easily ship yours out of West Chester. I guess you'll just have to wait. Good luck!
