I just put a pan of homemade meatballs in the oven. Spaghetti and meatballs tonight, and I'll have about 20 large meatballs to freeze for future spaghetti or sammiches.

Had left overs thanksgiving feast yesterday, today it is up in the air..
I chopped up some turkey and put it in a skillet with a can of pinto beans, some chili seasoning, and a great deal of hot salsa. I rolled that up in a tortilla and tossed a bunch of shredded cheese on it. It was spicey hot and cheesy which pretty much covered up the turkey taste. 🤣
Thanks for the offer, OB, but as much as I like a good turkey sandwich I'm sure that my joints wouldn't take to well to the change in climate.
The present climate here is one to avoid no matter the condition of your joints. Brrrrrrr

I'll probably make me a meatball sandwich with some chips tonight. I've got my choices for dessert...

Third day inna row I awoke to it being colder outside than in my fridge.
And this it Tropical Paradise fer Christs sake !
I baked a meatloaf for dinner last night and tonight it will be meatloaf sandwiches.
