What's for dinner ?

I just put a pan of homemade meatballs in the oven. Spaghetti and meatballs tonight, and I'll have about 20 large meatballs to freeze for future spaghetti or sammiches.

I chopped up some turkey and put it in a skillet with a can of pinto beans, some chili seasoning, and a great deal of hot salsa. I rolled that up in a tortilla and tossed a bunch of shredded cheese on it. It was spicey hot and cheesy which pretty much covered up the turkey taste. 🤣

I'm thinking about a breakfast of some sort for dinner. Breakfast burritos or maybe bacon and eggs and pancakes. Just a bacon and egg sandwich sounds okay. Breakfast sounds good.
My son was home over thanksgiving and had some buddies over. I made a huge batch of breakfast burrito filling, so I've been having them for breakfast all week.

It's a favorite at the cabin. It's a great way to enjoy breakfast and have it hot for a group. Not to mention the ease of making the meal. We always have it add your own hot sauce so it works for everyone.

The wifely unit did not want breakfast. She no longer likes eggs... go figure. She wants to do her own low carb thing so I'm having sausage gravy and biscuits. I have milk that needs to be used or I would have breakfast burritos for one. Talking about it has me super hungry for it.
