I did! However I did get $100 bux for my Samsung Moment. Boy am I glad to be rid of that phone!
How did you get them to buy your Moment for $100? Was this at a corp store?

Call *2(customer care) and they will give you a 100 dollar credit for your moment. They will send you a return box for it.
I paid full price for my wife's EVO. She dropped her Moment and cracked the screen...thought I had fullcpverage insurance but did not. So I just bought her an EVO. She really did not like the Moment. And I don't like it anymore now that we have an EVO in the hizzle!!!
i was going to pay full price but what i did was:
cancel a line on my account. pro rated cost = $130.00
evo = cost $213.99
so the phone cost me $343.99 plus i got the free BT earpiece from best buy which im not going to use. ill just keep it NIB until i sell the evo for its replacement next year...
I did, I expected it though. I asked the Telesales rep if he could do $299 with no mail-in rebate, he put me on hold, came back and said only if I add a 2nd line. Tried to negotiate a bit with no 2nd line, no dice. I just bought the Hero 2 months ago with an upgrade offer and mail-in rebate, I had nothing to use, so full price it was. I billed the phone to my account and should see it Tues at my job.
Any way to get additional discounts if your upgrade isn't here yet? My moment has as so many issues over the past few months.
My upgrade isn't eligible until November. Think they would buy my Moment back for 100? How do you ask for that?
Just be nice about it and ask for retentions department. They are very helpful and will try to keep you happy. Keep in mind that there is only so much they can do for you. I tried to get an early upgrade and he went to bat for me with his manager and the manager only allowed 2 weeks prior. I told him that will not work and he lowered my cancellation fee. Kinda created a back door for me without directly saying it. I said I didn't need that and he said I am going to do it anyway because of the issues you have been having.
