Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Everyone else who ordered their phone on the 25th seems to have gotten theirs today as expected...so I ask why does mine say the 16th? I at first was willing to over look the 24 hour delay until they changed my shipping est from before 4 to sometime before 7 pm. The rep thinks I'm crazy to split hairs but I don't care I want my phone and I want to bitch that I don't have it!!!! damn verizon :mad:

I like breaking shit up as much as the next guy, but might I suggest you all donate the old phones to a shelter for abused women? They give the phones to battered women so they can call 911 in an emergency.

Think of it this way. You may not get the vicarious pleasure of smashing the phone, but if my hunch is correct - that many Verizon Wireless customer service reps are more likely to beat their family members than ordinary folks - then you would have the satisfaction of knowing that your old phone may be helping to lock up some shitbird, wife-beating VZW rep who gave you attitude when you called to ask for shipping info on your Dinc.

well just called vzw and they sead it will be here by the 16 so tommaro i called made sure everything was A ok with it coming tommar i asked for a shipping date that they had he sead they are so backed up that it will be the 28th of this month WTF!!!!

Ordered 5/26 in Store in Houston, TX
Promised by 6/16
Delivery Notification never
Called FedEx this morning with my address and they said by 3pm.
Phone arrived today at 4:40

May 25th order here phone shipped June 13th to arrive as well June 16th by 7pm....recieved my free face plate/cover n screen protectors today sigh will have to charge phone for 8 hrs before use meaning unless I can plug it in n play while charging I'm out for tomorrow:/

i think i may hang around here even after tomorrow, misery loves company. and i dont think this will go away anytime soon

why is your shipping so crappy? did they accidentally downgrade you when they were supposed to upgrade your shipping?
 
I ordered 5/28 online with bill to Monthly Statement.
Promise ship date x 6/18.
Shipped today from Ontario CA for arrival before 3 tomorrow in Phoenix. (6/16).
