Call of Duty MW2

Yeah, the never ending SP vs Jugger war. Maybe one of the biggest discussions of perks there.

Rumours says that "Barebone" is on its way back as well.

Lol, says the guy that's pretty terrible in MW2 although it's the only game he still currently plays :p
 
But either way September looks like a good month for us gamers:

Medal of Honor (DICE is making the multiplayer, so prepare for frostbite + destroyable terrain. I hope they leave armors/choppers out!)

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier - Okey, I'm very patriotic in this case and says yes please for war in Norway.

COD: BO - the underdog, most people have no belief or wohoo, so they might surprise us with a good experience. Good thing they hold open beta's, so will be funky to see how that goes.

Respons to BiGMERF: EVERYONE can be a public hero :p Nothing bad there, I mean I got 2.16 KPD with playing offansive. So thats not something I call skills, I'm just nasty with tactics and how I kill people while I'm offensive. My friend that are more off: got around 3.78KPD, might be little less.

If needed I'll gladly throw in pictures to show we got kills high enough to back that up. :)

But hey, I'm still just a public hero which aint that great to be honest. A good player is a player that plays on major tournaments in my opinion.

Haven't bothered to get the mappack yet, way to expensive.

Might get it when the price is reduced.
 
Not gonna bother getting it at all. I don't play MW2 enough to justify any purchase of any DLC for it going forward.
 
Battlefield BC2 > MW2. The loss of dedicated servers and the limitations of only 9v9 on PC is asinine.


I can see why people on consoles bought it, but IW F%$&ed PC gamers.

One word: AGREED! Dislike MW2, the single player experience was nice though.

Ugh, I tried to like the single player, but it just felt like a Michael Bay movie playing out in front of me, with random ripoffs from Bond films sprinkled in. Overall, this game is just awful.

I dunno about all that. The single player was very entertaining and full of excitment. That's what it's all about after all.. excitement
 
Ihave this game for both PC and Xbox. I have to say, I am glad I got it for a steal on the Xbox (30 bucks? yes please) and for free from a friend who got a promo with an AMD CPU on PC. This game had a very good single player, but multi player was bad on pc. On Xbox it's ok, better and more stable than PC, but still not perfect. Bad Company 2 is shooter of the year in my mind, for sure. I have it on PC, and I played the beta all through February. The game has issues, but still, surpasses Modern Warfare 2. This being said, I play MW2 more because of the arcadey balance in it. New Bad Company players are at disadvantage in bullet power and range, in comparison to those with the unlocked weapons, this gives Modern Warfare 2 a good feel for casuals, who don't miss out or get disadvantaged too severely for not playing a lot. Great balance in the game itself. I think everyone's hatred is the mediocre "pew pew" gameplay that we see in most shooters, pc and console alike. Halo being the hit on Xbox, and Killzone being the hit on Playstation. (am I still right here? or will Resistance take precedence this generation) I happen to really like games for their balance and lack of minor glitches. I still like Counter Strike Source and 1.6....they're good games to this day, and they still have a small amount of issues. That is what separates a good game to a bad game in my opinion.
