God that's purdy. Similar with the DBacks D (alternate logo)?
 
Guys where are you putting the images on the phone to use as wallpapers, i made a folder called backgrounds on sd card, and anytime i try and select an image from it, i get a force close cycle and phone freaks out lol... using astro to select images.

Well i got it working, but had to crop the images when setting them, the images are set as the right res so whats with that?


Hmm nvm again made the image 960 x 800 and no need to crop it, wierd resolution to use lol, I knew this from earlier to, must of been a long night lol
 
You cant just grab any picture and change its size to fit the screen. Look at how this

got all distorted and ugly looking. The original version was crisp and clean. Try making a black background and putting it on it to preserve the look. Looks like it was done in paint. No offense just trying to help. Lots of member ask for HQ wallpapers

i agree.

he submits a lot of wallpapers and that's great, but most of them are just resized unproportionally. they will look much better if correctly done.
 
Dont get me wrong, it's great to have the contributions and we are in no way entitled to have you do em. I'm just trying to give some constructive criticism.
 
So, first of all let me apologize for posting sub-par papers. It is, and always has been my intention to HELP and not HINDER. Basically what I try to do is find an image that http://imageshack.usis larger that 960x800 and resize it. That way I'm not stretching and pixelating the image.

The images below that I resized were not usable on an Incredible as they were in the neighborhood of 602px

i made a folder on my SD card Name wallpaper. it works just fine. no resize or close cycle.
 
OK, I've looked through and not found what I really want. I would love a background like the Superman symbol in post 927, but with the Incredibles "i". There are a couple similar to what I want earlier in the tread, but they are B&W. It doesn't have to be 3D, but that would be extremely cool if it were possible.

If anyone can find a good Reds, Bengals and/or Bearcats wallpaper I'd appreciate it. I've searched and can't seem to find one that has been done well.
