    Help Evo Error outta the blue! (Non-Rooted phone)

    Yea.. I have a problem. Today after a full day of working fine I came home and turned my dead EVO on and I saw this screen with a red triangle and an exclamation mark. I'm not rooted. My phone is normal. BUT I did root my phone like last Sept. 2010 so I don't see how my phone could stop working...

    Root 2.2 Root?

    Just wondering if the Root for 2.2 on the EVO safe? I tried search but didn't find any matches. Also tried Google but not sure if those could be trusted.
