alright..i rebooted my phone and it sent me right back to the bootstrapper, which i thought i lost. i attemoted to apply the .zip, however it brings me right back to the "applysdcard:update.zip".
ok. but i assume i will not be able to recover anything. like i said, the phone is back to stock like i just bought it from the store. i am attempting to re-root right now. and re-upload bootstrapper
then after data/cache wipe
install zip from sd
choose zip from sd
scroll to the rom file you dragged to your sd
select it and install it
once donre hit the power button to go back until you see reboot and do so
wait about 5 min and it should reboot
sorry i had to type this in two parts since it would be so long
yes ,,plug in your x,,then you should have a window on your computer reading your sd card files.....just take the rom you downloaded and drag and drop it in the sd card window and your done....unplug your x
go to bootstrap app
hit bootstrap recovery(prompt yes)
now select reboot recovery
now your in colockwork
if the instructions for your certain rom say to wipe data/cache do so
ok. thanks. kinda have to do it with pc due to lack of wifi right now. is it just as simple as transferring my file to my DX and looking in my file where i transferred it to and "activating it"
ok. i just put gummyjar on pc. i have backed up to bootstrapper. extract file...usb into pc....but, where should i put the file? i have astro if that helps
