    Question about ringtones

    I haven't seen one about it yet so i figured i would make one.i can't for the life of me figure out how to pick my music as a ringtone except one song if you know how to do this for notifications too i would appreciate the knowledge.

    Root well i am now rooted but

    i cant get clockworkmod to work when i put my phone in fastboot and open the adb then the fastboot then the install recovery it stays in the screen and says waiting for device. any solutions?

    I am having problems i am trying to root my phone for the first time and when i download the apk file i go by the directions off of tokenpokes thread and when i go to open the apk file it tells me there is a problem parsing the package. what should i do?

    What is the point of running icarus or cm6/7? And what does rooting your phone do? And in your opinion what is the best one to run?
