I bought a car dock recently and when I put my S3 into it I did not get what I expected. There are no shortcuts for navigation/maps. It just looks like a normal start screen with a couple tweaks. Am I missing a setting? Thanks.

There is a "switch calls" button when I answer a call on call waiting, but is there any way to switch to the previous call, hang up, and come back to the new call? I tested it today and I hung up on everybody.
