In the last week or so I've noticed that if I put the phone in my dock or connect the charger my Wifi speed increases substantially, any idea why and is there anything that I can do to improve the speed when using the battery? OB

Obviously you should always try to call for support from a different phone but if you have to call from your cell phone dial 611 instead of the 800 number it won't use your minutes. I see posts all the time of people complaining about using up their minutes while having to deal with Virgin.
