I just flashed this rom to my phone but not getting much help over at xda.. anyways I did a wipe+flash and reboot to system and it hung up at the negalite boot loading screen with the little light dots moving around and has been for the past few minutes.. Is this normal?

I'm still running 4.2.2 and my google wallet keeps saying tap & pay will not work after April 14th so I need to upgrade to 4.2 which I think is kitkat, Since I'm rooted on the stock rom what do I need to do in order to upgrade to 4.4?
