One of the first things I did with my Incredible when flashing a ROM is to increase the brightness levels and lower the thresholds. Anything like that for the Nexus? The brightness levels are way too low, I think this is why some people say the whites are so grey.

Anyone know how to mark messages as unread, or read in gmail? I use this function a lot, but it appears to be gone? I also hate having the archive and delete buttons, is there a way to turn them off?

Anyone having issues with Mms? Occasionally picture messages won't download. I think it's a wifi thing but I couldn't figure out how to fix or prevent it. Toggling off wifi did not fix this the message still says downloading.
