  • Hi,

I have an old phone LG OPTIMUS BRIGHT DOCOMO but its has no signal at all, how can we fix this. Thank you for any answers. :):):)
Question and I hope it doesn't bother you but are you dropping that new theme for the ctmod or is it just personal cause it looks sweet, and how did you get dsp to work with ctmod....nice freaking work
Hey Skater, I been using your rom for about 2 weeks now, its my favorite rom so far. My question is how can I get the youtube app on this rom, it says app not compatible with this device. Do i need to install something else first or will I not be able to use the app? Thanks for a great rom! Terry
yeah u can flash it in a zip actually. download the one u want from here: http://androidforums.com/marquee-all-things-root/534062-rom-stock-rooted-zvc-zv4-sprint-boost.html

Then edit the zip and delete everything but the meta-inf and the radio.img
then u may have to edit the updater script to make sure its not going to erase your data. or just delete everything but the radio part at the very end.

edit: oh u said zv9? the only way to get that would be to kdz back then pull the radio img. Nobody has one readily available because after the update not a lot of people still had it, they only use it to root.
I see, how about getting Metropcs codes working? ive tried their codes on CTmod 3.68 and still get no respond from the codes? for ex. ##626* and i get nothing
I am currently using CTmod 3.68 on a boost samsung prevail, I guess this rom is from a Metropcs handset, and the hidden codes are not working, I have a second Prevail that I flashed using your Rom, and I noticed that you included Sprint hidden menu, I was wondering if this process of getting the Sprint hidden menu could also work with CTmod 3.68?
hello, i was wondering if you can show me or inform me on how you keep the sprint hidden menu on your rom, ive been searching all over and i cant seem to find the answer nowhere, a lil help would be appreciated, thank you
Awe man that's great! except the swamped at work thing. lol I'm good bro, chilling.. Enjoying my week vacation from classes. Had to investigate, I thought you went MIA, lol
OK thanks man, I'm actually using MIUI now it's pretty cool, and the Kernel seems to work with it except someone cant here you when they call...
dont know if you pulled the android keyboard apk from hb.3 and hb.4 intentionally but i cant for the life of me find it in an older mod but could you put the apk back in for your next rom. i really dislike swype thanks
i forgot what exactly i did... but i ended up putting my screen black.
except for the notification no icons and launcher wasnt working.. i was able to get emails and such.
i liked the colors.. wanted to make everything green though. xD
im about to try your custom rom.
my ctmod crashed after so many tweaks that i was doing.
mainly trying to edit the launchers icons.
and also transfering the GOlauncher EX
even while i was using it. Xd had me on bootloop
Hey please help I am running your 187Mod on the Prevail, with respect to your original config, I have added a overclock mod to the ROM but that's it, yet I plugged in my new Bluetooth Headphones and the sound seems stuck on blast. I have tried as many apps that Supposedly "control" volumes with more failures than I would like to admit. Is the overclock doing this? any advice would be very much appreciated. I love your mod and would very much like to keep it. plz help??? lilshit12@gmail.com
He might be using different mount options that could give some better performance. I'll look into what changes he made exactly in the morning
Blood found out the trick. There is a .rle file in the root directory packed in with the kernel. There is some steps to jump through to convert it into an editable image and then back again. When I get back to work on Monday, I'll find the name of the tool I use
