CM7 is great and all but i don't understand why they disabled the stock left side LED for notifications. Now we only have one side (the right "wimax led") to use. So i'm on the lookout for another ROM that doesn't disable the stock LED.

I've noticed that when I connect my EVO to the computer via USB and selecting to use it as a Disk Drive, the phone doesn't get charged. The charging LED is on, but the battery percentage doesn't change. even when connected ofr over an hour, it stays at the same percentage. Is this normal?
