Help! App identification

can someone tell me what app this icon is from. The person almost circled?

so we get this everyday now. there are well over a million icons that the million or so more apps use to notify you. unless it is from a well known app like facebook or youtube, we can only guess what it is.

the only true way of knowing what the icon is is by looking in the phone's notifications. but 9 times out of 10 the phone is usually not available for one reason or another.

unfortunately i have no clue what the icon is. maybe a contact app? a messaging app?
