Okay, I rooted via bin4ary, and I want to install a second bootloader and Twrp. The instructions say there are problems with later versions and to downgrade with Kindle Fire First Aid. Do I need to unroot to do that? KFFA is a root tool, isn't it?

Okay, help!:D After linking everyhting possible I have still got massive amounts of files from apps on internal storage in app data. Is there a way to link these as well? Is that what "app2sd" moves? Or am I just stuck with it? TIA
