Any way to fix this error when downloading apps? So annoying..grr

Sometimes when I take a picture and hit the shutter button it closes out of the camera app. I first noticed it when trying to do panaroma mode a few weeks ago. This doesn't happen everyday and I either force close the app or restart phone. Anyone else have camera problems??

So my phones keyboard vibration and touch vibration is not working for some odd reason. Tried to see if settings were changed but I don't see anything different. It will vibrate if I get a notification but no vibration on touch or the soft keys.
