Is there anyway I can find online if I have the latest software for my phone, guy in shop said that's probably what's causing my phone to restart and freeze, only does it when it's still, not if it's moving say in my pocket or charging.

Since I last checked my battery over 18 hours ago, the battery has stayed at 100% which seems very odd to me, does this happen to anyone else?

So recently got a nexus 7 and i'm confused about internal memory and the cache in apps, here's what confuses me, internal memory says for example I've used 578 mbs, but when I empty a cache of an app instead of the amount of mb's I've used going down it goes up, is that right?
