i have been trying to flash r3charged rom but it keeps freezing up did 3x wipe on cache dalvik and data and still freezes should i do a wipe all userdata/factory reset? and then re flash the rom?

just curious as to i am just coming back to being a rooted user and saw swagged out and r3charged rom really liking the r3charged one . my biggest fear tho is features not working like voicemail,visual voicemail, dialer stuff like that and the battery life of course if anyone can help me out...
