I have a touchpad with cm9 on it and want to know if tiger woods 12 will work on it?

I was using my pad earlier. I just picked it up to use again and my screen is frozen. I can not get passed the locked screen and cannot even turn the unit off. I am a non techie and am at a loss at what to do now. I had downloaded ICS some weeks ago and have not had a problem since I did that.
