So i just installed a new JB rom on my HTC EVO 3D and the rom still has many options missing like always, the 3d features so i was wondering if there were any "tweaks" or anything that could let me use the 3D camera and 3D photos viewing in gallery ? ANyone?

For whatever reason, when I try to unlock my buddies phone on 1.58 hboot with htc-dev, it wont work. I have the unlock token and I try fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_token.bin but it wont work for whatever reason. Any help is appreciated. He has 2.89 firmware if that makes a difference.
