My apps won't update at all....it will stay on the downloading forever and then it will say it's an error...I've tried everything and I really don't want to reset my phone...Please help me :/

Youtube loads over wifi, but not my 3g network. Same problem with the facebook app I downloaded, but the version that came with the phone works over the 3g network. Is there a way to change this or am I SOL.
