i didnt the band 12 enable thing. it was on and everything but i could receive calls or make them. so i followed it again to turn if off. its off and i can make calls but i still cant receive them. anyone know how to fix this?

Does anyone know why the recent OTA update to activate band 12 from T-Mobile says the file size is 148mb on the update notification on the phone but when I plug into Kies and check the update it says the file is 950mb .
