zenithink zt-180

Just received a Zenethink ZT 280 C91 and everything seems OK except I cant download wallpaper from an installed app to the internal sd. Can I do this or do I need to get an external sd? Was able to do this on my 2.3 pad. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS?

Hi I can't do anything with my zt 180. It just tells me there is a system failure and the to wait. Any help to updo, upgrade what ever it is I have done.
