Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal was great, very funny. I'm sure it would have been even better if I knew the bible better. I saw many references go by where I thought "I just missed something".

Being very familiar with the Bible as well as Eastern philosophy made the book especially enjoyable, especially Moore's take on how they influence one another. I also love that it was written in such a way that it appeals to believers AND non-believers.
 
The hobbit is a must read for anyone who likes fantasy books, i enjoyed it more than the LOTR series.

Don Quixote- not sure why I find this so enjoyable but I do.

I don't know about "Must Read" as I'm not sure such a thing exists outside the Bible, but some of my favorites are:

Hobbit/LOTR (Tolkien)
Harry Potter (JK Rowling) I think because of the popularity of this series she doesn't get enough credit for how creative it is.
Jim Butcher (everthing he's ever written)
Nightside (Simon Green)
Sookie Stackhouse series (Charlaine Harris)
Outlander series (Diana Gabaldon)

Really? I've read through it multiple times (several before the last three books were released) and enjoy it just as much every time.

Way of Kings is the only thing that's ever come close and I just read that a few months ago.

That's what I was going to say!!!! This is the best book series I've ever read.

I had a friend that didn't like to read, but I convinced him to read this and he loved it. I still haven't gotten the 2 or 3 books I lent him back =( In order to keep everything flowing as good as possible, I recommend reading the first book and THEN the prologue and then continue the series.

I second this one, as well, although I like the first handful of books (1-5 or so) better than the later ones. I've actually stopped reading them at this point, but I've read the first book 2 or 3 times.
