Hi,

I am looking to buy the Desire HD and have been looking intently to see which deals come out.

I was wondering if any of you, who know a lot more about the market than me, thinks that I would be able to get hold of a deal like this,

That orange deal sounds great as I don't think I would ever use more than 500mb.

I am a bit sceptical about their 19/10/10 delivery date as i have read Vodafone who are meant to be the release operator has a date of 22/10/10??
 
tmobile is offering 30 pounds a month for 900 min, 500 texts, 1gig a month, plus free phone (24 months)... not too shabby

So an update...

Phones4u emailed me on sunday to confirm the handset has been despatched and would be delivered the next day before 1pm. So that would meet their self given deadline of "delivery before or on the 19/10/10"

2pm came and gone, i decide to ring them. Apparently they have no idea why I received the email or why I was told I would have it before Friday which is the official release date.
Even after i explained their website still displays a delivery date of 20/10 they would still not apologise or give me an explanation.

Beware Buyers, it may seem like a good deal but if this is how they deal with their customers then i would look else where!

I will be ringing tomorrow to speak to a manager to seek some form of compensation (Its worth a try) or i shall be cancelling my order.
 
Phone has arrived !!!!

After spending 20 minutes on the phone this morning to phones4u, being promised compensation vouchers and priority delivery for Friday. An hour later and the post man was on the door.

They obviously have lost the plot but who cares, new phone! woo!
