Root 2.2 ROM with tether

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a 2.2 ROM that definitely supports tether or Wifi on the Desire?

Do you want Sense or Vanilla?

If you want Vanilla, I'd recommend Defrost, if you want Sense, I'd recommend LeeDroid.

But check out the link Rastaman has posted, you may find one you really like

What other choices do we have? I'm thinking of trying DeFrost. I have the rooted stock HTC sense rom atm.

I use THIS Rom , Tether it to my samsung n210 netbook. no problems with it at all...

There is an app called Wireless tether.

tether works perfectly with leeDroid Rom, and its faster than you might think my orange usb dongle connected to my laptop gives 3g at best while tethering achieves H in a good signal area.

Thanks people, I installed a Leedroid about a week ago and it works fine now. One issue that the Leedroid might have is that the alarm failed to sound one mornin! That could have been me though.

I suggest AuraxTSense or Pays. Good support for wifi tether (the best, I think)
