Well every update adds new features and bug fixes. So yes of course its worth it.

It adds a few features and fixes a few bugs...but I haven't noticed anything substantial unless you want/need those features/fixes. I was hoping it would update my radio unit to open up HUSPA which removes the 350kbps upload cap on the i9020a model. That's the only reason I updated, otherwise I was happy with v2.3.3 out of the box.
