You can't have two boot animations back-to-back but you could fuse two together. That requires messing with the files inside the bootanimation.zip

like Aggie said...i don't think this is possible...the system is setup so that you get the boot logo (the M) and then the animation...the only way to work it out would be to combine two animations into a single one and screw around with the files that way....

bo might know a little more about how to make it work than me though...
