Root 2 questions regarding usb and sd.

1st after rooting i left usb set to debugging should i leave it that way, turn it off or does it matter. 2nd i want to buy a 16 or 32 gig sdcard and was wondering if you can just copy from old card to pc and then copy to new sdcard. or is there hidden files. Thanks again to everyone on here for all the help.

1.i leave mine on, but it really does not matter
2.just transfer to pc replace card and transfer back onto new card and you are good to go.
