2GB MicroSDHC included

He first said the phone did not come with a card and then I directed him to the VZ site and showed him where it says it does under a limited promotion. I emphasised that since I already had the phone 10 days early how could he argue I would not be eligible as I certainly could not be too far in line.

It took about 15 minutes for him to get approval but they are shipping it Monday at no cost. Not a great catch but at least another card for the kids phone or what not.

But I specifically asked the salesperson if it comes with a 2gb MicroSD card and she said no. I said, are you sure? She said NO. hahaha..

So, I'm guessing that it's only for pre-orders taken from 4/23-4/26 as stated on the VZW website and in here. Oh well, as others said, 2gb isn't that much anyways, so I'll end up buying another 8 or 16gb on my own.

By the time 4/29 comes around, I think you will see that stores will include the card. I don't think the communication is out to them yet, and there's no reason why it should be, since they won't start selling them in store until Thursday. They should have an in store discount code to use by then.

However, I hope your local store has enough phones or you won't get a phone at all. Word is that HTC has not been able to provide big numbers, so good luck. You're much better off ordering online.

I'm talking with CSR right now, he's totally confused... and I'm slamming him with facts and he's literally stuttering because he's been having to go "verify" my information... jeez

I know it seems like a lot of work to get 2gb but... I don't have an 8gb don't plan on getting one for a while.
 
Im pretty sure im getting the card by looking at my Account Documents. I know 2 gig isnt much. But it does show the item on my receipt. It says
TADP-2GB MEM: MEMORY CARD $0.00. It won't let me copy the txt on the pdf. I guess I'll see if its in there when i get it.

I think this chick was lying through her teeth, considering there is confirmation that pre-orders on Monday did not include the 2gb card... Guess I'll find out in a couple of days.
 
this is why i cancelled my pre-order i made on the 19th (did not document a 2GB included) and preordered again on the 23rd (did document 2GB included)

The orders that went out on monday were not preorders. If you ask anyone who received one of those, they will tell you they were ordered through a telesales rep or some other method that created an immediate order. All preorders are on the internet only.

I pre-ordered online. I was using the interweb. I did not order by phone. Here is my confirmation email (first part anyway). Notice it says Sunday the 18th.

So those of us who pre-ordered earlier will have to go into the store and pick up the card? The lady I just chatted with said the card was included- even tho it wasn't listed in the accessories when I bought it. I guess we will find out.

I've got a 4Gb in my POS LG Venus. Which is a joke in itself.
 
First time poster here. Been researching the Incredible for the past week or so. This board has been incredibly helpful.

I used my NE2 upgrade a couple of hours ago and ordered the Incredible online. I didn't notice any info regarding the free 2 gig MicroSD card but I may have not been looking for it. I just figured I would take the 2 gig card out of my old LG Dare when I was ready to retire it. When I got the confirmation e-mail, I noticed that it included the 2 gig card at no extra cost.

It doesn't matter what date you preordered it. Unless you received one of the phones that shipped last week, you should get the card with your phone.
 
I ordered on the 19th and its on my receipt that I will be receiving a 2 gig card. Just go check your online documents and see what it says now.

Copy everything into a folder on your computer first. You will have to reformat the card to have differently named folders etc on it for the Inc to use and it will delete everything on it in the process.
 
Folks,
I just visited my local VZW store in Framingham MA.
They have 40 HTC Incredibles ready for you Boston guys.

Unlike last week, when I got my INCR provisioned on Wednesday, when they had NO accessories, tonight I was able to get:

1. Display Protector 3-Pack VZW63003PKSP ($12.99)
2. Silicon Cover Black VZW6300SILHGBK ($16.99)
They had 7 choices of covers! (I was surprised they had so many)
3. Vehicle Charger, Generic Micro-USB ($29.99)
4. And Most Importantly: My MISSING 2GB Micro-SD card ($0.00)
Actually, I 'upgraded' to 4GB for an extra $10.00
They said all the new INCRs will HAVE a 2GB card

Also, I didn't pay this much, as everything was discounted.
This week, 4 guys in my office have sworn off their iPhones after playing with my Incredible. AND, 2 more in the VZW store tonight!

Did I mention that the phone is FAST?

Mine came with one and will go in my junk drawer. Found 2 more 2gb chips I'm not using to keep it company. Sadly what I was looking for, the screen covers that came with the Nexus case I bought are MIA. It does come with a micro usb cable though. I'm surprised no one else mentioned that.
