I saw that, just making sure 1.2.1 would still work on Apex 1.3.1
Does your battery meter work? Mine seems to be not working so well running Nextheme 1.2.1 on Apex 1.3.1.
It just seems to want to sit on 90 percent.

Mine works fine. This is a slightly modified version of Nextheme that I'm working on (just battery icon for now).
If I were you I'd try charging the phone to 100%, boot into recovery and delete the cache and go into advanced and delete the battery stats, then boot back into the phone before unplugging the charger.
