Help 32 gb micro sd card help!

hi everyone. i'm a total noob when it comes to this, so here goes.

i recently purchased a 32 micro sd card for my LG connect so i can store more music and videos. but the problem is, once i put the card in, the phone keeps saying "blank sd card or unsupported filesystem". this is pretty much the part where i get stuck. so does anyone have any solutions to this? thanks in advance.

i doubt it's fake. i got it new from radioshack.

Does the phone at least recognize that theres a card inserted? Of so you can try formatting it. If it doessnt recognize ot then i'd say the card is faulty. Watch batteries are aboit the only thing k lick up frlm radio shack.

yea, i try to format and it keep saying " sd card is being checked" i'm guessing it's done then? i still have a receipt so it's best to exchange i guess...

what brand is it? Patriot had a problem with their early stock (a year ago when Class 10 was first introduced). They have managed to figure it out, but if its a Patriot, it might be faulty old stock.

Patriot and PNY make legit C10 32GB Micro SDHCs.

I would say try to format the card using your phone. If that doesn't work then try formatting the card using ur computer. If ur computer doesn't read the card or it can't format it then exchange the card cause its faulty. If u can format using comp then do so and try formatting using phone again. I have a cheap 32gb micro sdhv card in my phone that I got on amazon for like 15 dollars its only class 4 but it works.
