Root 360 Launcher

No i haven't. Got a link or the actual script?

here ya go [SCRIPT / DISCUSSION] (Smoothness tweak) Android needs its priorities set straight? - xda-developers

I use the T2 script. just edit the part that lists the home launchers and either add the one you use or edit one of the pre listed entries. And you can delete the comments at the end of the line, they just state the app name. You need to use the actual process name, can be found by looking in the /data/data folder. just look for the app you use and the folder name is the process name.

For anyone who chooses to use the script, iirc the OP has created a flashable zip. if not, just copy the the script to the /etc/init.d folder, set perm, boot system, then edit the script, then reboot. And now enjoy some butter with that Gingerbread. :D

****Check your init.d folder first. Your rom may already have it baked in. I know MT baked it into BrokenOut, just changed the name of the script.****

On the phone the apk is called org.adwfreak.launcher-1.apk

^^all my apps have the -1 at the end for some reason

Manifest package = org.adwfreak.launcher

I edited it on my phone.... Shizz be even snappier

what about HIME? what would that be? where do you get this info? LOL

By using root explorer taping the apk then clicking view then tapping the manifest and it's name is in the first line.

Oh and I don't have hime on my phone so no clue :D

Launcher pro is

com.fede.launcher

that sounds like one of the keyboards on the Admire.

Iirc, it's the LG keyboard.

With the script, you should be able to add whatever you want as long as you know the official process name, found in the /data/data folder. I have added Facebook and it screams like I was using a gs3. Lol.

I added Facebook root explorer, Tapatalk, res cap and the framework (in the script to says com.android, but in the frame works manifest it just says "android" so I just kept the other line and added an android line for safe measure :D)

Oh and I changed all the values to - 20 even for the kernel tweak at the bottom that was just 19

Yep. Should be able to add any app. The script changes the nice level (priority) of the apps listed. Therefore, the internal task killer won't kill apps as much and when using the apps, you will have more resources allocated for the apps so they run smoother.

With this and smooth scroll, Facebook runs on par with my desktop.

How is it with a nice level of 20?
