Root 3d effect for dock menu

Install a new launcher, one that has the effect you want. than uninstall the one that came with the rom. That's what I did.

download, from the market, a system app remover, or use adb. (A system app remover is easier, that's what I use.) Rom toolbox is the one that I use. In the app is an option under app manager, that allows you to uninstall system apps. After you download the launcher you want and have it up and running, go into rom toolbox, or whatever you are using and uninstall the old launcher, to save memory. Now you don't have to uninstall the old launcher at all, just go to the play store and search for a "launcher" than download the one you want, this would be easiest for you.

If you do not like the idea of un-installing the launcher after you install the new launcher from the Market the first time you hit the home button after the installation it will ask you what launcher you would like to be the default. Can also use an App like Titainium to freeze the old launcher but it is not necessary.

Just find a launcher on the market that does what you want and click install. Done.
You'll figure out the rest.

Just download GO Launcher EX from the market, it has 3D and other various app drawer effects.

That's an available option in GO Launcher, just go into (Menu Button) Preferences > Effects Settings > Vertical Transition > Waterfall
