Open CDMA Workshop.
Dial ##8778# on phone
Enter MSL
change uart to usb.
send default samsung code
bingo!

I keep getting Failed - Phone did not answer any help?

after you dail ##8778#
enter your MSL and change uart to usb
dail ##7678#
enter your MSL again, and change UMS to DM
this will cause the phone to restart, but it will open up another port for the phone and allow CDMA to read/write from/to your phone once it boots back up.
